Recognition is a powerful tool that can promote and support the new behavior, positive. When you’re a positive force for all those who are quick to recognize and destructive criticism is the last thing on his mind.

The first step in the implementation of recognition is a general reference. For example, saying “Mary, you did a great job last week.” This is a starting point. You can recognize someone when they exceed expectations. You can recognize a person when expectations constantly. You can recognize a person who meets the expectations they have never met before. The third step is to talk about the personal qualities of the person.
